DirectionsStep1Preheat the oven to 200°C / 180°C fan / 400°F / Gas mark 6Step2Peel, core and chop the apples into little pieces.Step3Place the apple pieces in a saucepan with 5 tablespoons of the water.Step4Cook over a medium heat, stirring often till the apples start to break down. I prefer the apples to be soft but not to have lost all of their shape - I like a bit of crunch in this dessert!Step5Remove from the heat and empty the softened apples into a pie dish - the one I used measures 7 inches.Step6Set aside whilst you make the topping.Step7Place the oil and the sweetener in a bowl. Whisk with either a small whisk or a fork until it is combined.Step8Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of boiling water and whisk again.Step9Add the egg and and whisk well until you have a nice smooth mixture.Step10Add the flour and a pinch of salt and fold in well until you have a smooth, lump free mix.Step11Spoon the sponge mixture over the apples and gently spread it so that it cover the apples.Step12Bake in the middle of the preheated oven for 18 - 22 minutes or until the top has turned a golden brown.Step13Serve warm with a dollop of low fat custard or fat free yogurtIngredientsIngredients3 Apples (peeled, cored and chopped)1 ½ tablespoonsVegetable Oil2 tablespoonsArtificial Sweetener (I used Lakanto monkfruit sweetener)7 tablespoonsBoiling Water (split)1 Egg6 tablespoonsSelf Raising Flour1 pinchSaltNutritionalNutritional178 Calories1 gTotal Fat47 mgCholesterol28 gCarbohydrate193 mgSodium3 gProteinFrom pointedkitchen.comRecipeDirectionsIngredientsNutritionalExplore further10 Best Weight Watchers Apple Desserts Recipes Yummlyyummly.com10 Best Pudding Cool Whip Weight Watchers Recipes …yummly.comApple Sponge Eve's Pudding - Traditional Home Bakingtraditionalhomebaking.c…10 delicious puddings that are all low in fatdeliciousmagazine.co.ukWeight Watchers Apple Crisp Recipe (Just 2 WW Points!) …theholymess.comRecommended to you based on what's popular • Feedback
