1. Mix all ingredients in a food processor. Spread mixture on a teflon lined dehydrator tray. Spread it about 1/8" to 1/4", but make sure you can't see through it. If it's too thin it will have holes in it.
2. Dehydrate at 110° for 8 - 12 hours. The fruit leather is done when it's completely dry and slightly sticky to the touch. Use a butter knife to lift the fruit leather off the sheet. You should be able to peel it off the teflon sheet easily.
3. If desired, you can cut parchment paper the same size as the fruit roll-ups to roll them in.

4. Cool: Allow to cool, then remove from sheet. With clean scissors, trim off edges then cut into 1 inch wide strips. Wrap with strips of parchment or tissue paper, then use tape or string to seal.
