1. Add all of the dressing ingredients to a medium bowl and whisk until well combined. Add milk to reach desired consistency. Best if chilled at least 30 minutes. Can be made days in advance and refrigerated in an airtight container.
2. Note: Make just before serving or Reduction will thicken too much.
3. Add wedges to individual plates and top with desired amount of Blue Cheese Ranch followed by tomatoes, onions, corn and bacon. Drizzle with balsamic reduction. Garnish with additional blue cheese if desired.

1. Combine the brown sugar and balsamic vinegar in a small saucepan. Stir over medium heat for 4-6 minutes, or until thick and syrupy. Remove from heat to cool.
2. Cut the lettuce into quarters lengthwise. Remove the core and a small amount of lettuce from each wedge, so you have a slight well.
3. Pour 3 tablespoons of low-fat blue cheese dressing over each wedge. Top each with a 1/4 cup of tomatoes. Sprinkle 2 teaspoons bacon bits and some green onion on each.
4. Slowly drizzle 2 teaspoons of the balsamic glaze back and forth across the salad.
