3. Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface until it is about 1/4″ thick. You cookie cutters to cut desired shapes. You could also cut the dough into small squares using a pizza dough cutter or butter knife.
4. Lay the cookies on a well greased cookie sheet and bake for about 15 minutes. You’ll know they are done because they’ll be darker and begin to crack on the top.
