Step 3: Slowly add cheese one handful at a time, stirring with a whisk each time before adding more. Continue adding the cheese a little bit at a time while stirring continuously until all the cheese is added.
Place a damp cheese cloth into your cheese mold and add the queso to the mold. Fold the ends of the cheese cloth over the queso and then use a press to gently press the cheese down into the mold. Let sit. Let the cheese sit in the mold for 10 minutes. Flip the cheese.
Reheat queso in the slow cooker on the warm setting. The microwave or stovetop is also fine if needed. There are so many different things that you can serve with your Crock Pot cheese dip.
