2. Combine all dough ingredients in a large mixing bowl and get your hand dirty! Mix and knead until you have a nice, firm yet soft dough. If the dough crumbles, add more milk, 1 tablespoon at a time. Just be sure to knead the dough really well after each tablespoon you add. Otherwise, you'll end up with a sticky mess.
3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine all the filling ingredients using a whisk. Set aside.
4. Working with small pieces of the dough (I used about 1/3 at a time), roll it out until it's about 1/8 inch thick (The thinner the better). I rolled mine on parchment paper out of habit. Do what works for you.
