2. In a large bowl, whisk all the dry ingredients (almond flour, coconut flour, granular swerve and xanthan gum). Then add in almond milk, melted butter, and orange zest and mix everything until a dough forms.
3. Knead the dough for a couple of minutes until you have a ball. Wrap it in plastic wrap and freeze for 10 minutes.
4. Divide the dough ball in half and roll each half between two pieces of parchment paper into 1/4" inch thick rectangles. Then cut each half into 6 rectangles (12 total).
