2. The rice pudding will be done when is begins to thicken. Please note that it will thicken more once it begins to cool. It is best to remove the rice pudding from the heat when it begins to thicken rather than waiting.
3. Serve warm or cool as desired. Leftovers can be refrigerated for a few days if covered.
