Close the cover and cook as directed by manufacturer’s instructions. For crispier waffles, let cook 5 – 12 seconds longer, depending on your waffle iron.
4. Gently remove with the tip of a fork and place on a wire rack in the oven until the remaining waffles are made.

4. Turn on and preheat your waffle maker according to which done level that you want. I set mine to about medium because I like mine crisp and golden but also very fluffy.
