2. On a grill over medium-high heat, add the poblano and ear of corn. Cook for 5 minutes and rotate the vegetables. Add the MorningStar Farms® Black Bean Veggie Burgers to the grill and cook for 4 minutes.
3. Flip the burger and cook for an additional 4 minutes.
4. Remove the cooked veggies from the grill and cut the corn kernals off the ear and roughly chop the poblano pepper. Add the vegetables to a small bowl along with the avocado, tomato, lime juice, cilantro, salt and pepper. Toss lightly just until combined.
