1. Saute the onions, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper in the oil for about 5 minutes on medium heat until softened.
2. Then add all of the spices and stir until everything's coated and fry while stiring for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add everthing else except the prawns and butter and simmer and reduce over medium to high heat for 5 minutes.
4. Stir in the cooked prawns and cook for a final 3-4 minutes or until your desired consistency, then stir in the butter before serving.
