In the mean time heat a pan to a medium heat and add the vegetable oil, once the oil is hot add the chopped onions. Cook for 10 minutes with the lid on until softened. Add the green chillies and garlic, mix for a couple of minutes, do not let the garlic burn.
2. Add the chopped tomatoes then cook for a further 15 minutes with the lid on. Then add the coriander & cumin powder, red chilli, turmeric, and salt. Give it a good stir then add the marinated prawns. Cook for 10 minutes, then take off the heat, the prawns will carry on cooking in the latent heat.
3. Add the chopped coriander and lemon juice then stir. You are ready to serve. Add extra red chilli powder / salt if required.
