3. Using a fork, stir until well mixed. Then, use a silicone spatula to fold until well incorporated and thickened.

3. Roll into 18 Tablespoon-sized balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
4. Transfer to freezer for 10 minutes or the fridge for 20 minutes or until firm, if needed.
