1. In a deep pan melt the butter and add olive oil. Cook the meat at a higher temperature from both sides to get a nice crust. Reduce the temperature and cover the pan with a lid.
2. After 5 minutes add a little bit of stock and cover the pan again. keep cooking and occasionally turn the meat. Add more stock every 5 minutes.
3. After approximately 30 minutes of cooking and turning the meat, add finely chopped garlic and spring onion. Add more stock if needed.
4. Now place zucchini slices (cut them thick) on top of the meat and cover with a lid. Cook for 5 minutes then add vinegar or wine. At this point cut the tea bags and empty them into a sauce together with paprika powder. Turn off the stove and leave the pan on till it slowly stops simmering.
