DirectionsStep1Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook noodles according to the directions on the package.Step2Spray a large skillet with olive oil, add shallots, bell peppers and the mushrooms. Sauté until lightly browned, about 10 minutes.Step3Add in the garlic, 1/2 of the green onions and the ginger and sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.Step4To the skillet add in the soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, sugar, sriracha, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.Step5Add in the water and mix well.     3. Heat the olive oil over medium high heat, Add the onion and celery and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add the cabbage and cook for 2 minutes until just tender. Add the noodles and the sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring often. Taste and season if needed with additional soy sauce or pepper.
