    2. Add the peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon and pulse just until combined.
    3. Transfer the mixture to a medium bowl then stir in the chocolate chips. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the mixture for a minimum of 20 minutes.
    4. Using a small ice cream scoop or two spoons, portion out the mixture and roll it into 1-inch balls.
