DirectionsStep1In a medium bowl, mix together the peanut butter, protein powder, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and stevia until smooth.Step2Break off approximately 2 tablespoons of the dough and roll between your palms into 1 or 11⁄2 inch balls. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. You should end up with approximately 15 balls.Step3Place the raw peanuts in a blender (I use my NutriBullet) and pulse several times until it’s coarsely chopped. If you don't have a blender, you can chop them instead on a cutting board with a sharp knife.Step4Roll the balls in the peanut crumbles, then transfer them back to the sheet. Alternatively, you can sprinkle some peanut crumbles on top of the peanut butter balls.Step5Place in the refrigerator and let set for at least 20-30 minutesIngredientsIngredients1 cupCreamy Unsalted Peanut Butter1 ½ scoopsVanilla Protein Powder½ teaspoonVanilla Extract1 teaspoonGround Cinnamon2 teaspoonsStevia (in the raw)¼ cupUnsalted Peanuts (raw, approximately 20 in-shell peanuts)NutritionalNutritional335 Calories28 gTotal Fat12 gCarbohydrate43 mgSodium16 gProteinFrom diabetesstrong.comRecipeDirectionsIngredientsNutritionalExplore furtherDiabetic Peanut Butter Balls Recipe - Food.comfood.comEasy Peanut Butter Energy Balls - Allrecipesallrecipes.comHow To Make No-Bake Peanut Butter Protein Balls - Delishdelish.comPeanut Butter Protein Balls (Low Carb, Diabetes Snack)diabetesmealplans.com…Peanut Butter Protein Balls - Diabetes Meal Plansdiabetesmealplans.comRecommended to you based on what's popular • Feedback

Ratings: 4Calories: 104 per servingCategory: Snack1. NOTE: Depending on the brand of peanut butter and protein powder you use, you may need LESS protein powder. Start with adding half, then continue adding until a nice consistency is achieved. It will be firm enough to roll into balls, but soft enough that they will squish down a little when stacked on top of each other. Some protein powders are more chalky than others. I like Isopure zero carb whey protein isolate. There will be a slight crystalline feel to the protein balls when you bite into them.
    2. Add the ingredients to a medium bowl and mix (knead) together with a rubber spatula until thoroughly combined.
    3. Pinch-off walnut sized portions of the dough and roll into balls.
    4. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 10 days.
