Pressure Cooker Porcupine Meatballs Recipe. Stovetop Instructions: Sauté half of the onions and garlic in oil in a thick-bottomed pot over medium heat. Add the tomato sauce, water, and Worcestershire sauce, increasing the water to one full cup. While the sauce is coming up to a simmer, make the meatballs.
For the meatballs: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, onion, rice, and parsley and season with salt and pepper. Mix until well combined. Shape the mixture into 8 to 10 meatballs. Place in a single layer in the Instant Pot.
