3. If the wings are cooked, but not browned, place them under broiler for a few minutes per side to crisp and brown.
4. While wings are cooking, melt butter in a small saucepan over a low heat. Whisk in hot sauce and salt.

4. Once all the wings have been browned, add them all back into the pan over medium-high heat. Continue to cook for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through. The drums will take longer than the flats.
