2. In a small bowl whisk all the sauce ingredients. Pour half of the sauce over the beef. Mix well and let marinate for few minutes until you prep the rest of the ingredients.
3. Cut the onion into half rings and carrots into thin strips.
4. Next, heat oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated beef, in a single layer, and cook stirring occasionally until evenly golden brown. Once done, use a slotted spoon to remove the beef to a plate lined with a paper towel and set aside.

3. While the steak is cooking, make the stir fry sauce. Add the coconut aminos, sesame oil, red pepper, and arrowroot starch to a small bowl and whisk until well combined.
4. Once the steak has been removed from the pan, add in the broccoli florets and ⅓ cup of water. Cook the broccoli until it is bright green and slightly tender but still has crunch; around 4-5 minutes depending on the size of the broccoli florets.
