1. In a blender, add Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (2 cup), Corn Starch (2 tablespoon), Baking Powder (1 1/2 teaspoon), Baking Soda (1/2 teaspoon), Egg (2), Buttermilk (1 1/2 cup), and Fresh Baby Spinach (3 ounce).
2. Add the Vegetable Oil (6 tablespoon), Vanilla Extract (1/2 teaspoon), Pandan Extract (1 teaspoon), Granulated Sugar (2 tablespoon), and Salt (1/2 teaspoon). Blend until very smooth. Let it sit for about 10 minutes to thicken.
3. Preheat your waffle maker and grease the waffle maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
4. Pour about half a cup of batter, or more, depending on the size of your waffle maker.
