I’m a big fan of Ghirardelli’s Triple brownies & was so happy to find your cookie recipe. I have been substituting no-sugar-added applesauce for most of the oil when making the brownies. (I use one 4 oz. individual serving cup of applesauce, scoop out a generous tablespoonful & fill the remaining space in the cup with coconut or canola oil).
