Total Time: 15 minsCategory: Dinner, LunchCalories: 370 per serving1. Toss together all the ingredients except the tortillas. If you are making burritos with different fillings, then just make sure all your ingredients are at room temperature and set everything up for easy assembly.
2. Place the tortilla flat and add the bean mixture in the center of the tortilla, leaving space on all sides so you can roll it after. Then tightly roll into a burrito, making sure to keep all the filling inside. If you are making burritos with a different filling, just pile everything in the center of the tortilla starting with the beans and grains.
3. Once rolled, wrap each burrito in foil or plastic wrap and label using a marker so you know what's inside. Freeze in a ziploc bag.
4. To reheat, remove the foil from the burrito and wrap in a damp paper towel. Microwave for 2-3 minutes until heated through. For a crispy exterior, reheat in the microwave for 2-2:30 minutes and then place in a hot pan sprayed with cooking spray or with a little oil. Cook on each side until the tortilla begins to darken and get crispy.

Reviews: 7Calories: 192 per servingCategory: Saving Money1. Add the 2lbs of beef to a pot with about 2 cups of water. Put the stove on low and keep breaking up the pieces with a potato masher until the beef is cooked through. (If you stop too early, they can reform to bigger clumps!) When done, throw off the excess fat.
2. Season the way you like it with salt, black pepper, garlic, cumin, chili powder, and cayenne pepper. (The cumin and chili powder are the main ingredients) I love spicy foods so I add lots of black pepper, cayenne pepper, and crushed red pepper.
3. Add a cup of water then stir in the tomato paste.
4. Throw in the diced onions and drained beans.

Ratings: 47Calories: 261 per servingCategory: Breakfast1. Char both sides of the tortillas on a hot griddle or over the open flame. Keep warmed in the oven if eating right away. This will help the tortillas become more pliable and also improves the taste, in my opinion.
2. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the bacon and cook until cooked through, about 4 to 5 minutes. Transfer with a slotted spoon to drain on a paper towel lined plate.
3. In a large bowl whisk the eggs with salt. Mix in scallions and bell pepper.
4. Discard the bacon grease leaving 1 teaspoon then add the eggs, let them set on the bottom then stir a few times to cook through, set aside.
