Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the burritos and then bake for 10 - 15 minutes or until the cheese browns on top and the burritos start to crisp.
While there are several brands of low-carb tortillas, I prefer the La Banderita brand, which has 15 grams of carbs and 11 grams of fiber, making them only 4 grams of net carbs. Regular tortillas can contain up to 26 grams of carbs, so compare labels at the grocery store if you can’t find the brand I used.
