Stir in 1 packet of yeast (2-¼ teaspoons); let stand 10 minutes. If the yeast foams to the ½-cup mark, it is active and you may use it in your recipe.
Fleischmann’s Cinnamon Rolls are always made with love. I use Fleischmann’s for actually all of my baking needs from rolls, to pizza, and these very luscious cinnamon rolls. These are the first time in the making for me, I have always been intimidated by using yeast. I finally decided to conquer my fear and bake my little heart away.
Basically, there are three steps to making cinnamon rolls: 1) the dough, 2) the cinnamon sugar filling, and 3) the icing. Even though this is a non-traditional dough that uses almond flour and coconut flour in place of wheat flour, the dough is still fairly easy to make and doesn’t even require a stand mixer.
