2. Place dried Seaweed Mix into a bowl with water. Re-hydration should take around 2-5 minutes.
3. Pat dry salmon very well with a paper towel, chop into 1/2" x 1/2" cubes and set aside. Note - make sure the salmon is very dry, otherwise it'll dilute the flavors.

2. Pour the remaining marinade over the salmon, and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes (This step can be done the night before).
3. While the salmon marinates, prepare the rice. Bring the 2 cups of broth to a boil in a medium pot. Pour the salt, olive oil, and dry rice into the boiling broth, stir once or twice, cover with a lid, and reduce the heat to low. Let the rice simmer for 30-40 minutes.
4. Heat a large skillet over medium high. Carefully add the salmon fillets, and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side (depending on how well done you like your salmon and how thick it is!).
