1. In a small bowl, combine honey, lemon juice, warm water, garlic, salt and pepper. Stir well to combine.
2. Add the mixture to the salmon fillets, add more black pepper and salt if needed. Sprinkle with crushed red chillies.
3. Heat coconut oil in a skillet, pan fry the salon until half done. Then add lemon wedges to the pan as this will give a lovely flavour. Cook until well done.
4. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, serve with potatoes or vegetables.

4. Bake in the pre-heated oven for 15-18 minutes or until the center of the thickest filet reads 135-140°F. Turn the oven to broil and broil for 2-3 minutes or until the salmon gets a little crispy on top.
