2. Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl and set it in a wide pot of almost simmering water. Stir it frequently until the mixture is melted and smooth. Remove the bowl from the heat and add in the butter and the light brown sugar. whisk until completely combined and set aside.

In a medium bowl or in your stand mixer bowl, add in the eggs, granulated sugar, salt, and vanilla extract and beat either with a handheld mixer of stand mixer until the eggs are thick and lighter in color. This process will take about 3-4 minutes. Whisk in the melted chocolate mixture and then fold in the flour.
4. Scrape the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly. bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool the brownie in the pan then gently remove it from the pan using the parchment paper. Slice and enjoy!
