2. Add flour to a large bowl. Make a well in the centre, add egg mixture and slowly whisk in skim milk until combined. Stir in cheese, ham and spinach. Mix well.
3. Lightly spray a 22cm quiche or pie dish with oil. Pour mixture in and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and just set. Stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
