DirectionsStep1Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook noodles according to the directions on the package.Step2Spray a large skillet with olive oil, add shallots, bell peppers and the mushrooms. Sauté until lightly browned, about 10 minutes.Step3Add in the garlic, 1/2 of the green onions and the ginger and sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.Step4To the skillet add in the soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, sugar, sriracha, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.Step5Add in the water and mix well.
