1. Preheat oven and get all ingredients together!
2. Mix all of the ingredients together, leaving out the apples. Once you have a batter add half of it to a greased loaf pan. Chop apples into bite-sized chunks and pour them on top of the bottom layer. Add a drizzle of honey and cinnamon on top.
3. Add the rest of the batter on top of that and bake for about 40 minutes at 400 degrees.
