2. Take a frying pan and put it on medium flame. Heat refined oil in it and add thymol seeds in it. Allow the seeds to splutter, once that happens add the chopped tomatoes. Cook until the tomatoes become tender.
3. Mash the potatoes into small crumbs and add the potatoes to the tomato-thymol mixture. Then add enough water followed by sendha namak and green chilies. Cook until mixture thickens. Garnish with coriander leaves before you serve!
