Baileys Fudge is the perfect combination of rich chocolate and Baileys Irish Cream to make the creamiest chocolate fudge you will ever have.
Ingredients for Baileys Irish Cream Chocolate Fudge. 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter, plus more for greasing the 8″ x 8″ x 2″ pan. 3 cups of mini marshmallows. 1 cup sugar (I used organic pure cane sugar and it works very well) 1/2 cup heavy cream (heavy whipping cream works as well) 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt.
Line a 9 x 9 pan with parchment paper and set aside. Start by adding chocolate morsels and sweetened condensed milk to a microwave safe glass bowl and microwaving on high for 1 – 2 minutes, stirring after every 30 second burst, until chocolate has melted. Stir in the Baileys and vanilla extract until combined and transfer to the prepared pan.
Chocolate for fudge: We recommend using semi-sweet chocolate chips for this recipe because the flavor is a little richer, but you can also use milk chocolate for a creamier fudge or even 50% dark chocolate for an even richer fudge. Microwave fudge: Make sure you do not melt the chocolate for longer than 30 seconds at a time.
