3. Next add in the dry red chillies and peanuts and saute until they turn slightly brown. Put in all the vegetables and season with red chilly powder, salt and garam masala. Mix everything well and saute for a few minutes.
4. Now drain the millet and lentils and add them into the cooker. Next add 2 cups water, check for salt and spices. Cover the lid and cook this in medium heat for 4 to 5 whistles.
