DirectionsStep1Preheat oven to 375o and spray a 9 inch pie dish with olive oil. Set aside.Step2In a food processor, add the oats and pulse until smooth.Step3To the food processor, add the almond flour, all-natural sweetener, cinnamon, salt, maple syrup and apple sauce.Step4Pulse until the ingredients are well mixed and come together when you pinch it with your fingers.Step5Move the crust mixture to the prepared pie dish, and press crust evenly down and around the sides.Step6Bake the crust for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and set aside.Step7When the crust is done baking, turn oven down to 350o.Step8To a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, sweetener, salt and cinnamon. Mix together and set aside.Step9In a separate bowl, combine the maple syrup, vanilla, egg whites and egg. Whisk together until well combined.Step10Add the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients, and mix together until combined.Step11Pour the pecan pie filling into baked pie crust. And decorate the top of the filling with pecans.Step12Add the pecan pie to the oven and bake for 40 minutes, until the filling is set.Step13Move the pie to a cooling rack and cool completely.
