2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, cream cheese, taco seasoning and one bell pepper diced.
3. Slice the remaining bell peppers in half from stem to end. Add filling to each of the bell pepper halves. Place the stuffed peppers on a parchment or foil lined baking tray or dish. Sprinkle cheese over each stuffed pepper.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Garnish with sour cream and cilantro.
