Total Time: 25 minsCategory: Lunch, Side DishCalories: 182 per serving1. Place lukewarm water in a measuring jug. Stir in dry yeast. Set aside 5 minutes to activate the yeast.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients: coconut flour, psyllium husk, almond flour, and salt.
3. Pour in yeast mixture and olive oil. Use a spatula to combine at first, then knead the dough energetically with your hands for 2 minutes - not less! The texture is very wet at first, drying out as you go. Knead for at least 2 minutes to make sure that the husk and coconut flour fiber absorbs all the moisture.
4. Form a ball of dough. Set aside for 10 minutes in the mixing bowl at room temperature.

Ratings: 138Calories: 175 per servingCategory: Side, Snack1. Measure out warm water (3/4 cup as original recipe is written // ~110 degrees F or 43 C to properly activate yeast) and add yeast and sugar. Stir and set aside until frothy and foamy - about 10 minutes.
2. In the meantime, add flour(s), salt, and baking powder to a large mixing bowl and whisk to combine.
3. Once the yeast mixture is foaming, add the vegan yogurt and oil* and stir to combine. Add to dry ingredients and use a fork to mix - the dough will be sticky.
4. Turn onto a floured surface and add just enough flour to gently knead for 5 turns and form into a loose ball. Place back in mixing bowl and rub with a bit more oil and turn to coat. Cover with a damp towel or plastic wrap and set in a warm place for at least 2 hours (up to 4 hours). (I like setting it in a sunny spot in the kitchen or in the laundry room.)

Reviews: 34Calories: 326 per servingCategory: Bread1. In a large mixing bowl whisk together the flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. In a second small mixing bowl combine the yogurt, melted vegan butter (or coconut oil), and warm water until smooth. Add the wet to the dry and combine with a wooden spoon to form a wet dough.
2. Knead with your hands for about 1-2 minutes. The dough will be very sticky, if it feels soupy, add a bit more flour until it's sticky but not runny. Otherwise, you can wet your hands to prevent the dough from sticking too much. Shape the dough into a rough ball and turn seam-side down. Cover the bowl and place it in a warm spot, like a cold oven with the light turned on. Let the dough rise 30-40 minutes until swollen 1 1/2 - 2x in size. Alternatively, you can put the dough in the refrigerator for 2-24 hours to rise.
3. Turn the dough out onto a clean and flour dusted counter. Divide the dough into equal 4 pieces and shape into balls, dusting with flour as needed to prevent sticking. Set the dough balls on a floured plate, and sprinkle more flour on top. Cover with a lint free towel and let rise while the oven preheats.
4. Preheat the oven to 550 ºF, or as hot as your oven goes with a rack positioned 1/3 from the top of the oven. If you have one, place a baking steel or baking stone on that rack to preheat. Let the oven preheat for at least 45 minutes to saturate the sides and baking steel or stone (if using) with heat.
