WebHi! Yes, that can work, but I haven’t tested this recipe with cauliflower. Riced cauliflower won’t need 3 cups of liquid to cook, like real rice, but you can try this recipe by following all the directions, and instead of the 3 cups of liquid, use 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup liquid.
