2. Once your baking dish has been prepped, use a sauce pan on low heat to melt your butter. Once the butter has melted you can stir in the marshmallows.
3. When the marshmallow have been completely melted into the butter, remove the pan from the heat and stir in the cereal and optional vanilla. Then press the mixture into the prepped pan from the first step. Tip:use a well greased rubber spatula to press your mixture. Allow to cool and cut into squares.
