1. Prep a 9x13 (23x33cm) dish by lightly spraying with non-stick spray. (You can use oil, margarine or butter, but it will give a trace amount of fat.)
2. On the stovetop, use a large pan and add marshmallows, honey and salt. Turn to medium low and stir until melted.
3. Remove from heat, immediately stir in puffed rice cereal and coat well.
4. Pour mixture into prepared dish and press mixture down with the back of the spoon, or a piece of wax paper that is lightly coated with non-stick spray. Let cool before cutting and slicing, about 1/2 hour.
