3. Cover the pressure cooker with a lid and cook till 5 whistles on a medium flame or until the dal is cooked well. Once it is cooked well, remove from the flame and transfer it to a separate bowl. Add lemon juice over the dal and garnish it with coriander leaves. Serve hot with rice.
