1. Take a large pan and briefly bake the garlic. It can color a little bit but shouldn't become brown. Add the stock, the water, the coconut aminos, herbs and spices

4. Cook the noodles in the meantime. Once your stock is up to taste, build your bowls. Place four bowls and add the cooked noodles.

1. Bring chicken stock to boil.

4. Divide ramen between 4 bowls. Top each with two egg halves, 1/4 of pork belly and desired amounts of sriracha, green onions, cilantro and basil. Serve.
