Then let the stuffing cool completely.
2. In a bowl, combine flour, egg, and a pinch of salt. Add the milk slowly into the batter mix all with a whisk until a uniform consistency forms without any lumps. Grease the pan and fry thin crepes on both sides until golden brown. You may add the oil into the batter and don’t have to grease the pan.
3. Place about 1-2 tablespoons of stuffing on each crepe. Fold the sides of the pancakes inside and roll up the croquettes. Bread croquettes in well beaten eggs and breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil on all sides until golden brown. Enjoy!
