2. Add ground beef and cook until ground beef is no longer pink. Drain the grease and then return the ground beef to your skillet. Add in diced green pepper and onion and cook for 2-3 minutes until the peppers are tender.
3. In a large mixing bowl, add cream cheese, mayo, seasonings, Parmesan cheese and using a hand mixer, combine until smooth. Add the meat, onions and green pepper mixture and 2/3 of the American cheese. Stir to combine.
4. Spray a baking dish with non-stick spray and spoon your cheesesteak mixture into the dish and sprinkle with remaining American Cheese (and extra green peppers for garnish if you like) Bake 20-25 minutes or until top is golden brown. Remove from oven and serve hot with chips.
