To make evenly sized sugar free peppermint patties, I used a cookie scoop to plop the filling paste onto a non-stick sheet. Then I flattened each mound by going over the top of each mound with a knife.
Luckily creating sugar-free peppermint bark is super-easy at home. This has quickly become one of my favorite holiday traditions. If you want to use chocolate bars rather than chocolate chips, finely chop it into uniform pieces before melting it.
