3. Spread the cauliflower florets out on a rimmed baking sheet, and bake for 20 minutes.
4. Remove the baking sheet from the oven, and add the minced garlic to the cauliflower, stirring and tossing to mix them together well. Sprinkle the crumbled Parmesan cheese over top of the cauliflower, and place the baking sheet back in the oven for an additional 10 minutes, until tender.
