The P.F. Chang’s Mongolian beef recipe we’re sharing takes this dish’s most classic elements—beef, onions, sweet and savory flavors—and delivers a crowd-pleasing version that the whole family will enjoy. This recipes yields four servings. 1-1/2 pounds flank steak (or skirt steak), thinly sliced against the grain and cut into bite-sized pieces
It seems like it would be low carb because it is only beef and green onions But, according to the PF Changes website the dish has 39 carbs and 32 gram of sugar. I have definitely ordered and eaten this dish at PF Changs and thought that I was making a great choice for the keto diet because all the foods were low carb.
