There are many variations on the Blossom Cookie, like my Chocolate Peppermint Blossom Cookie or the classic Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies. This Chocolate Blossom Cookie is one of my favorite versions.

Chocolate Blossom Cookies are a soft, pillowy chocolate cookie topped with a Hershey's Kiss. Similar to Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies, only with a Chocolate Cookie! Preheat oven to 350°. Cream together the butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar. Add the egg and vanilla. Mix until light in color and creamy.

Can you freeze chocolate mint cookies?
