After 15 minutes, remove the leaves and wash again, and then finely chop the leaves. Transfer the leaves to a bowl and sift whole wheat flour and gram flour in it. Now, add cumin seeds, red chilli powder, finely chopped green chillies, ginger paste, yoghurt and salt to taste.
2. Using an appropriate amount of water, knead the mixture to firm dough. When done, cover the dough with muslin cloth for about 10-15 minutes.
3. Once done, divide the dough into equal portions and roll one portion in a round shape using a little amount of dry flour. Similarly, roll the other portions into a round shape with the remaining dough.
4. Now, take a dough ball and with the help of some dry flour, roll it into a chapati. When done, brush some oil on it and fold the roti into semi-circle. When done, again brush the oil and fold the semi-circle into triangle. Now, again roll the triangular roti. In a similar way, make other triangular rotis as well.
