    3. Line a bkaing tray with baking paper and spread the granola evenly on top of the baking tray.
    4. Bake the granola for 20 minutes @ 175° Celcius. be sure to stir the granola half way through to cook the granola evenly and prevent the edges from burning.

    4. Bake until lightly golden, about 21 to 24 minutes, stirring halfway (for extra-clumpy granola, press the stirred granola down with your spatula to create a more even layer). The granola will further crisp up as it cools.
